Bacalhau is preserved food that is a cod sun dried up with salt and very popular and little expensive food in Europe.

It’s also said “Baccalà” or “Bacalao”.

In the old days, it used to be an ordinary food but since the quantity of resources is decreased sharply the price had gone up.

Japanese company used to import Bacalhau from the Nordic countries before.
That’s why it was hard to get them.

We who have been placing emphasis on a cod since we started the business paid attention to Bacalhau, attempt to do trial and error and totally have successed to produce it.

Usually a flesh fish is getting deterioration and degradation for each of using a water.

We never use a water. We just use a natural sea salt at the washing, processing and putting a STERILIZING seawater so this method is really good for food and person.
